2021 Annual General Meeting
The CBAA will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 2 December 2021, commencing at 5:30pm AEDT.
Given the current restrictions because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 AGM will be held as a virtual meeting. The CBAA has appointed Vero AGM who are independent voting and AGM service to manage the AGM. The Vero AGM portal will allow members to view the AGM, vote and ask questions.
Formal notice of meeting has been distributed to CBAA Members and is available here.
The notice of meeting includes the list of nominees and their information and initial information on how to use the Vero AGM and voting portal.
AGM registration will open to the official representatives of CBAA members on or about Thursday, 18 November. The registration process is being managed by Vero AGM – member representatives will get a personalised email directly from them with unique registration details.
Proxy registration will also open at that time and will remain open until one hour prior to the CBAA Annual General.
Registration for non-members, guests and other stakeholders will open closer to the Annual General Meeting and will be announced on the CBAA website.
