And we're off... #CBAAconf begins in Terrigal NSW

The premier event on the community broadcasting calendar has begun!

The 2015 CBAA Conference runs from 12 - 15 November and offers an unrivalled opportunity for community broadcasters to discover how other stations are doing things, meet other passionate people in the sector and share their own knowledge and stories. 

The festivities began on Thursday night beach-side at Terrigal Surf Lifesaving Club, where delegates ate, drank, chatted and listened to broadcasts from local community radio stations Coast FM and todayscountry94one.

The Conference program began at 9am on Friday, and in the first session we heard from CBAA President Adrian Basso and CBF President Peter Batchelor, before keynote speaker Wendy Bacon and Plenary 1 presenter David Crosbie through some big ideas into the room.
