The CBAA will make a submission to the Federal Government’s inquiry into Australia’s creative and cultural industries and institutions.

Community radio contributes significantly to enhancing community, social wellbeing and promoting Australia's national identity; creates job and training opportunities; and plays an important role supporting arts and music communities across the country.

The CBAA will be drawing on these themes and more to speak to the value of community broadcasting, as well as outlining the challenges the sector has faced due to COVID-19.

Community broadcasting stations are invited to provide input or provide a case study about your station or initative/program that you run. If you are interested, please contact our Project Coordinator (Government Relations) Holly Friedlander Liddicoat by 30 September on 02 9310 2999 or via [email protected]
