What's in this month's segments?

This month we catch up with Rachel Bowes from Lifeline Australia to find out why it’s important for people to seek support during the coronavirus pandemic if they’re in distress or concerned about their wellbeing.

We find out about the support available through the Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service if you’re struggling to cope during the pandemic.

We profile Outback Futures, an organisation committed to long-term, intergenerational change in mental health and wellbeing outcomes for outback children, families and communities.

We catch up with Jackie Hallan from ReachOut to find out more about the way the COVID is impacting on young people around Australia, and to get some tips for coping with the uncertainty this can bring.

And we find out about Are they really OK? Ask them today, which has been launched by R U OK? to encourage all Australians to think about how the people in their world are really going.
