The CBAA thanks everyone who made a submission and provided feedback on the draft Codes of Practice at the first consultation phase of the Codes review.

The draft Codes have been revised after a review of the feedback received from stakeholders and the community during the first public consultation phase.

A new round of public consultation has opened. We invite stations, sector stakeholders and the community at large to review the revised draft Codes and provide final feedback. The consultation phase will run for four weeks between Thursday, 28 September 2023 – and Thursday, 26 October 2023.

A What We Heard Report accompanies the revised draft Codes and summarises the feedback received from the first public consultation phase.

Please visit the Codes of Practice Review page for more information and to read the revised draft Codes and What We Heard Report.
