On Sunday 16 August 2015 the Community Radio Network farewelled long-time Sunday breakfast host Declan O’Callaghan, who after 16 years is heading back to his Irish homeland. Once again we thank Declan for his dedication to the position - he will be missed by listeners all around Australia.

While there’s no way we can replace Declan, CRN is pleased to introduce a new voice for Countryfolk Around Australia – Kylie-Adams Collier.

Kylie began her radio career in her hometown of Bellingen, in the mud brick radio station 2BBB-FM, in 1983. Since then she’s spent time at Triple J, FBI, 2CHY, currently presents Custom Country on Sydney’s Radio Northern Beaches, and has been heard alongside Bill Beerens in 2015 on CRN’s Good Morning Country.

A country music artist in her own right, Kylie will present a mix of traditional and alternate country, folk and bluegrass. Those who have enjoyed Declan’s program will still find much to savour here, with Kylie intent on ensuring CRN’s Sunday mornings remain a top listen.

Countryfolk Around Australia broadcasts Sundays from 06:00 to 09:00 EST. The studio line is 02 9699 8845.
