Join The Wire in the lead up to the Federal Election for analysis of the policies that really matter. Yes that's right, we're going to actually look at policies and promises, not slogans and rhetoric!

Make good your promise to provide alternative coverage to your listeners – you can play the program as a whole, or you are welcome to download and reply stories from The Wire website.

Please just ensure you credit the story to "The Wire, community radio's national current affairs program". Until September, The Wire will focus on one central policy area each week – including education, welfare, Indigenous issues and the environment.

Step back from the political circus, with independent current affairs on The Wire.
