January 26 has many meanings for Australians. First Nations or Aboriginal Australians get together to celebrate our survival.

In 2014 Radio Survival is utilising the efforts of four First Nations-controlled stations on the digital platform, and on the new CRN-2 satellite channel. It’s a unique first.

Radio Survival will include live crosses across the country to Yabun Festival in Sydney, 98.9fm in Brisbane, Survival Perth 2014 from Noongar Radio and 3KND in Melbourne including live music, documentaries, interviews and panel discussion. The broadcast is designed so that your station can switch in and out for hour-long packages as it suits. Playing live from 12:00 to 00:00 EDT.

Please note this broadcast is coming to CRN stations through CRN-2 (channel 631) on the new VAST decoders. Contact CRN staff for technical assistance if required.
