Tune into the new voices of regional Australia.

Regional Voices is a new weekly 15-minute segment offering fresh perspectives on regional Australia. Produced by CRN partner the Australian Rural Communication Network, producers of the weekday Rural Reports, this thought-provoking and conversational audio piece will be well-suited for use during station magazine programs.

Guests will range from high profile industry-shapers to rising stars, quirky characters and quiet achievers. We'll hear about their personal and professional perspectives, with each theme explored over the course of a month (4-5 weekly programs). Kicking off in May 2015, we'll lead with a series on prominent rural women:

  • Anna Speer (AuctionsPlus)
  • Dr Pat Hamilton (President National Rural Women’s Coalition)
  • Hannah Wandel (Founder Country to Canberra)
  • Haunnah Rheault (Nursing Practitioner, winner CWA grant)

For CRN subcribers:

  • Playing weekly on Thursdays from 09:32 to 09:47 EST, beginning 7 May 2015, and available for DDN capture.
  • For more information call CRN staff at the CBAA office on 02 9310 2999 or email [email protected].
