With the nation in the grip of one of the worst bushfire seasons on record, our webinar will look at the vital role community radio plays in broadcasting emergency information.

This session will provide information to:

  • resources on the effective communication of public information and warnings
  • advice on how to engage with communities suffering from traumatic events
  • self-care tips for broadcasters.

Community stations who have been actively involved in broadcasting emergency information throughout this difficult time are invited to share your story.
