Emel Mathlouthi - Special Womadelaide Broadcast

On Saturday 8 March, Radio Adelaide is presenting an exclusive broadcast from Womadelaide of Tunisian singer Emel Mathlouthi, available via the CRN.

This 90-minute special program will feature a 30 minute intro from Womadelaide, an interview with Emel and a one hour concert, recorded live.

Endowed with an outstanding voice, she evokes Joan Baez, Sister Marie Keyrouz and the Lebanese diva Fairouz. Her captivating style is lyrical, with powerful rock, oriental and trip hop influences.
