The South Australian Community Broadcasters Association is the peak body for community broadcasters in South Australia. Formed in 1983, SACBA has since then been actively involved in community radio in South Australia, providing support for community radio and television stations and encouraging networking between stations.

Every year, the SACBA gathers members for their annual conference. In 2014, the SACBA Conference will be held from 13-14 July at the Lakes Resort Hotel and will feature workshops on voice, copywriting, recording, editing, social media and more.

The event will also include a full day devoted to everything technical from play out systems through to streaming your station live on the internet. It’s shaping up to be a massive weekend!

As part of the Conference, SACBA will celebrate the contribution community radio makes to the South Australia and encourage high achievement within the sector as part of the Bilby Awards Dinner.

Registrations for the 2014 SACBA Conference and nominations for the 2014 Bilby Awards are now available at the SACBA website: sacba.org.au

Earlybird rate closes Tuesday 10 June.
