Compliance - An Overview

Running a community radio station inevitably involves having to comply with national and state legislation.

The regulatory bodies and documents/legislation include, among others, the Australian Communications Media Authoirty (ACMA), the Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice, the Broadcasting Services Act and your state's Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs body.
