As part of the inquiry, the ACMA has organised conversation sessions on important issues like factual accuracy, balance and fairness, privacy, classification, decency and advertising.

You can register here to attend these Sydney-based events or watch online at the ACMA website.

The ACMA has released an issues paper, available here, which looks at the principles that should guide broadcasting codes. The CBAA is preparing a response and other interested parties are encouraged to respond by 15th July 2013.
