What's in this month's segments?

This month we speak to SANE Australia about how people can deal with the immediate and long-lasting mental health impacts of traumatic events like the bushfire crisis.

We learn more about #TheWholeMe, a campaign developed by The Butterfly Foundation and Instagram celebrating positive body image in young Australians.

We catch up Jackie Hallan from ReachOut and ask her about some of the common things young people might feel or experience if they’ve been affected by the bushfires.

We profile the resources available on the StandBy website designed to assist people and communities impacted by suicide, including specific resources for children and teens.

We catch up with Dr Grant Blashki from Beyond Blue and talk about how we can tell when we might need to get some help and support to deal with what we’re feeling or experiencing as a result of a bushfire.
