The Talking Reading series explores children's literacy from birth to young adulthood. This four-part series is hosted by broadcaster and author Tony Wilson, together with co-hosts educator/librarian Paula Kelly and acclaimed children's author Sally Rippin.

Over the four programs, you'll hear how children become literate and the ways in which we can inspire children of any age to reach their reading potential. As well as conversations with literacy experts, Talking Reading provides technology, app and book reviews, and along the way, you'll meet some of Australia's leading children's authors and illustrators.

This entertaining and fascinating series is brought to you in the National Year of Reading by the State Library of Victoria and Triple R FM. The series producer is Kulja Coulston.
