To achieve the vision of Roadmap 2033, everyone in the community broadcasting sector is encouraged to use the Roadmap to inform their organisational strategies.

Jon Bisset, CEO of the CBAA
Jon is passionate about the non-profit and charity sector having spent more than 25 years as a Chief Executive and non-executive director.
Jon is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) as well as CEO for RPH Australia, the peak body for the Radio Reading Network, community media empowering Australians with a print disability. The CBAA and RPH Australia's member stations actively broadcast nationwide to an audience of over 5 million people per week.
Jon is also a Non-Executive Director of Infoxchange and of Connecting Up Australia, non-profit organisation's using technology to improve the lives of the most vulnerable in our community and increase digital inclusion and a Non-Executive Director of Spots and Space Pty Ltd.

Jo’s commitment to social justice, inclusion and authentic human connection has led to a life-long passion for community media.
Jo leads a team of 11 staff and over 160 volunteers who support community broadcasters across the country to share stories and culture with their local communities.
She started her career in community broadcasting at youth station SYN Media, where she became Station Manager after completing her media degree. She later worked as Assistant Manager at 3ZZZ and has also served on the Board of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.
