Serving on the Board or Committee of a community radio organisation can be immensely rewarding for both the individual and their respective community. However, the role requires a great deal of commitment and passion in addition to a working knowledge of the ethical and legal considerations that governance entails.

This webinar will assist individuals serving on the board of their community broadcasting station to ensure that all board members are unified in their purpose and understand their role.

With a diverse and impressive body of work that spans across performance, radio, television and community development, Bryce has a passion for bringing the very best out of his collaborators, the communities he engages with and the organisations that enable his work. As part of a lengthy and illustrious career in media and youth engagement, Bryce has been involved in the community broadcasting sector for 19 years, acting in both a board and management capacity for at a station and sector organisation level. Most recently, Bryce has delivered training on governance and related issues for the Community Media Training Organisation.
