2021 Annual General Meeting

The CBAA will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 2 December 2021, commencing at 5:30pm AEDT.

Given the current restrictions because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 AGM will be held as a virtual meeting. The CBAA has appointed Vero AGM who are independent voting and AGM service to manage the AGM. The Vero AGM portal will allow members to view the AGM, vote and ask questions.

Formal notice of meeting has been distributed to CBAA Members and is available on our website.

The notice of meeting includes the list of nominees and their information and initial information on how to use the Vero AGM and voting portal.
