What's in this month's segments?

This month we learn about the work Butterfly has been doing for over 20 years to advocate on behalf of people impacted by negative body image, disordered eating and clinical eating disorders, and those who support and care for them.

We profile Mind Blank, an organisation that empowers people to promote mental wellbeing strategies and have conversations that save lives.

We hear about the support you can access from Parents Beyond Breakup, a national suicide prevention charity that focuses on supporting parents and grandparents experiencing trauma related to family breakdown and separation.

We learn about the Indigenous Suicide Postvention Service, which supports individuals, families, and communities affected by suicide or other significant trauma.

And we find out about the resources and support PANDA can provide to new and expecting parents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds if they’re experiencing anxiety or depression.
