What's in this month's segments?

This month we learn about the National Stigma Report Card, which shows that fear of stigma and discrimination can have significant negative impacts on people living with complex mental health issues.

As this year’s Movember event kicks off, we hear about how you can raise funds and awareness for mental health by growing a moustache or getting involved in a range of other ways.

We find out more about PANDA Week (November 8 -14), and this year’s focus on letting expecting and new parents who are struggling know they’re not alone and can reach out to someone who cares.

We catch up with the team at MATES in Construction, a program that aims to deliver better mental health and wellbeing outcomes for workers in the building, construction, mining and energy industries.

And we explore some ways you can stay connected or re-establish a sense of connection if you’ve become more isolated in recent months.
