Through the Community Radio Network service, 2SER’s On The Money team is offering your station access to the most anticipated Federal Budget in recent times. On Tuesday 12 May, 2SER and SYN reporters take you inside the Budget Lockup, for a half-hour live special, to find out how your tax dollars will be spent. What services will be cut? Who will be the winners and losers in the government’s budget? Community Radio’s coverage will look at the issues relevant to you, with expert commentators from UTS Business School and On The Money’s own budget team.

Don’t miss your opportunity to bring this important national event to your listeners live on Budget Night.

Please note - If your Breakfast show presenter  would like to connect with one of the Budget team’s reporters for a live chat the following morning (Wednesday 13 May), simply get in touch now with 2SER Station Manager Melanie Withnall at [email protected]

For CRN subcribers:

  • Playing live-only, on CRN-1, on Tuesday 12 May, from 20:00 to 20:30 EST.
  • This will replace the regular program in the slot, Democracy Now, for which a download link will be available (contact CRN staff).
  • Stations seeking regular content covering the world of finance are welcome to use On the Money, playing weekly on CRN-1 each Tuesday from 10:32 to 11:00 EST, and available for DDN capture.
