National Features and Documentary Series 2018 applications now open!
Applications for NFDS 2018 are now open!
Do you have a great idea for a radio feature but need some help in planning and production?
The series is open to anyone who volunteers at or is employed by an Australian community radio station, and successful applicants will get:
- Industry-standard radio training through the Community Media Training Organisation to help bring your documentary or feature to life;
- An experienced mentor, who will work with you to make your piece as excellent as possible;
- Your work shared online and nationally via the Community Radio Network;
- A 1-year Hindenburg Journalist-Pro Licence when you start the course.
- The chance to win a CBAA Award. The winner will also receive a 3-year Journalist PRO licence and a Hindenburg Field Recorder app.
- Payment for your work.
Applications close Sunday, 1 April, 2018 at 12:59:59 AEST.
