The CBAA is excited to welcome Rashkia Singh to our finance team. Prior to her maternity leave Rashika held a simialr management accountant role at Films/ Dendy, her experience gained there and her extensive expertise in budgeting, reporting and working alongside managers to achieve collective goals makes her an incredible asset to the CBAA finance department and wider team.

Jeremy joined the CBAA's Digital Radio Projects in early 2022 bringing with him an array of knowledge and expertise. Despite his newcomer status at the CBAA, Jeremey isnt new to community radio, hosting his own show on Sydney's 2RRR.

Holly has been working and volunteering in independent and community music and arts media since 2010. Working as the CBAA's Head of Advocacy and Communications, Holly supports the sector's leadership efforts and liaises with Government, as well as ensuring our members have the information they need do be strong and successful. Holly cut her teeth in community radio at Sydney's FBi Radio because of her love for weird electronic music, but has also made appearances around the place at 2SER, Eastside and even at Berlin Community Radio.

Mitch is the go-to for all things Amrap providing members and musicians alike with support, whether helping artists upload their music to amrap.org.au as well as members with any and all Amrap equiries. Mitch's extensive knowledge and love for music makes him a valued member of Amrap, and wider CBAA team.

Liz recently joined the CBAA off the back of her previous roles at Council on the Ageing, Benevolent Society and St Vincent de Paul Society. Liz's extensive experience as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant has allowed her to seamlessly take on her role at CBAA in providing high level support to the CEO and wider teams.

The Member Success Officer's role is to provide proactive support and service to CBAA members, subscribers and prospective members. Darcy takes on this role with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, providing support and fundraising expertise to clients, which has allowed him to seemlessly join the CBAA membership team and provide high level advice to CBAA members.

Her extensive experience in the music industry and radio makes Eddy the perfect addition to the CBAA's CRN team. Eddy spent 18 months at FBi Radio contributing to many aspects of the station, from briefing presenters, to prepping for guests, coordinating giveaways, curating content for the Wednesday morning show and creating content for the website. Eddy's love for community radio and her passion for helping others, along with her positive energy, is a welcome addition to the CBAA team.

Beginning in October 2020, to assist with marketing and communications for the 2020 CBAA Conference, and since staying on as a permanent member of the CBAA Advocacy and Communications team, Alex has become a key figure in all things communications at CBAA. Working under the Head of Advocacy and Communications, Alex's role as Advocacy and Communications officer covers all things day-to-day marketing as well as tackling anything else that may come her way.

The CBAA's DRP coordinates and supports the establishment and delivery of community DAB+ digital radio services nationally, with over 55 full-time broadcast services currently operating in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin and Hobart. It is with the help of DRP Assistant Isabella and her determination, positive attitude and willingness to tackle anything that comes her way, that community digital radio is able to run smoothly nationwide.

The CBAA's Digital Radio Project (DRP) is a sector-wide community broadcasting initiative funded by the Commonwealth Government and managed by the CBAA. The CBAA's DRP coordinates and supports the establishment and delivery of community DAB+ digital radio services nationally, with over 55 full-time broadcast services currently operating in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin and Hobart, and other regional areas in planning stages. Emma Ramsay is a key figure in maintaining station and program data for digital services and providing training support to stations.

As Community Radio Network (CRN) Support Officer, Sharmaine liaises with stations and program makers to facilitate the sharing of some of the sector's best news, talk, music and entertainment programs- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
