The National Listener Survey is a survey of the community radio listening habits of Australians conducted on behalf of the CBAA by McNair Ingenuity Research. The surveys provide invaluable feedback to community stations about trends, listeners and the sector itself. But how best to use this information? This webinar will assist stations in using the information available via the National Listener Survey to promote the value of their organisation to the wider community as a way of increasing engagement and building relationships.

Who is this webinar for?

Any community broadcasting stations relying on the National Listener Survey to inform station documentation such as your organisational profile & sponsorship proposals. National Listener Survey information is freely available to the community broadcasting sector via a series of Area Fact Sheets. While some stations are also able to invest in more tailored research to provide listener data about their station specifically, the unique nature of the sector means that many stations will rely on the National Listener Survey data as a way of obtaining a snapshot of their station and listeners.
