From Big Day Out To Burnout and Back Again

4 Ways to Rethink Stress: A Seminar by Viv Fantin

Now available to stations through CRN is this entertaining and thought-provoking seminar on coping with stress, presented by music industry veteran Viv Fantin.

Entitled From Big Day Out To Burnout and Back Again: 4 Ways To Rethink Stress, Viv discusses the evolution of her career, challenges faced, and how she has developed, both through trial and error, four essential ways to manage, reduce and cope with stress in the creative industries.

You'll hear what it's like to work for one of Australia's biggest music festivals, the stresses of a high-pressure work environment, and what changes Viv made in her life and career as a result.

With so many community stations around Australia attracting significant numbers of listeners volunteering or employed in creative industries, this special could be just the tonic they’ll appreciate. Take it live via satellite or replay on delay.

This session was recorded as part of an International Women's Day Breakfast by APRA AMCOS in Sydney on 8 March, 2017.
